Mission

It is our mission to provide leadership training, athletic recruiting assistance, social and academic preparation for student-athletes and coaches from grade school to intercollegiate athletics.

There are a lot of trainers for athletes, but no one trains them for life. Athletic trainer’s come and go, but we are in it for the long haul.  Please assist in this effort as we try to make a difference.

Within the sport of basketball, there is the “helpside”.  It is known as the weak-side of the court. Given this concept, we believe that the weak-side of ‘anything’ with student-athletes today is not just about athletic IQ, but overall academics and social shortcomings.  We are not a sport specific company because what we teach is not bound by sport or profession. It is not just about playing the game anymore. From speaking with many coaches from the youth to college levels, student-athletes are lacking in social skills. It’s time to be a game changer in a crowded field and expand beyond barriers.
